Your First Visit
Patients who are scheduled for their first visit are advised to bring with them their Identification cards (or driver’s license), and any recent imagining studies (Xrays, MRIs or CT scans). This allows for a better understanding of a chief complaint, and may be a key factor in devising a management plan. On your first visit Dr. Cherik will review your presenting complaints and medical history, as well as conduct a thorough physical exam, followed by orthopedic and regional testing exams. These clinical steps will help depict a clear picture of what your required management plan will entail.
Our office participates with most insurance programs, and we are always available should you decide to reach out to us if you have any questions about whether you can use your insurance to pay for your visit. Our office also accepts cases involving auto accidents, personal injury, and workers compensation. Cases of these nature are accepted on a lien basis. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs may be arranged.
At California Spinecare Institute, most health insurance plans are accepted. Additionally, our staff will strive to make sure you know what your coverage and benefits are prior to any consultations or treatments. Although many health plans will cover the treatment modalities offered at our office, you may always contact us to ensure your plan will cover the care you will receive.
For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, our clinic offers payment programs that are devised specifically to allow patients with no coverage to receive the care they need. Many patients choose to pay directly for their visits, especially as they discover that chiropractic care is remarkably efficacious, cost-effective, and affordable. Contact California Spincare Institute for any questions you may have regarding payment and coverage.
